ReadyMades
On August 24, 2017, Davidson College hosted a centennial exhibition of the Society of Independent Artists. For the mere price of tuition to Davidson, ten unknown artists exhibited original readymades in public areas of the recently opened J. Craig Wall Jr. Academic Center. The location of each readymade was identified in an anonymous note, and students led the search party in reverse order of their birthdays, beginning with August 24.
