Thesis:

I. The avant-garde responds to the culture of the time by endeavoring to create the “nonperceptible” and breaking perceptions of structure, reason, and normalcy.

Question 1:

What would it mean to be a pioneer of the dada? Would being associated with the movement (a disorganized in practice, but theoretically coherent train of thought) eventually be considered un-dada?

Question 2:

In what ways might the alleged vanishing of dada-ism be considered the most dada plot twist of all?
