Do the reading. Write in your books: Scribble. Doodle. Talk back! Come to class with annotated copies of all assigned readings. Scribble. Talk to each other!

You are expected to spend 9 hours per week on course work outside of class. Required course work includes:

• 2 ungraded creative posts (count toward participation)
  • About Me
  • Found Object
• 10 Prep Pages – 15%
• 3 Secondary Source Reports (must complete 1 as 2-page report; the other 2 may be annotated onto the articles) – 12%
• Biography Project – 20%
